Q: Can you provide other canvas or print sizes ?
A: Yes, we can make canvases or prints in many other sizes although normally 100cms height is the maximum although width can be beyond this. Contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to discuss your precise needs and give you a quote.

Q: Will the colours on my artwork match with what I see on my Computer screen?
A: We try to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible to the actual printed product. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact colour match as onscreen colours and pictures will vary dependent upon your PC settings and resolutions.

Q: I have seen something I like but I would like different colours is this possible?
A: Other colours are often possible and we may well have versions of our designs in other colour combinations at the studio. If you are interested in a particular picture and want to switch the mood from say vibrant reds to cool blues or striking yellow give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Q: I Like one of your multiple images can I have one two or three rather than a set of six?
A: Yes these can also be produced on stretched canvascall us with your request and we will help if we can.

Q: I want to buy a mounted print can I have different colours for the mount?
A: Our prints are supplied in an ivory white mount which works well with a wide range of images.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Standard delivery within the UK is £10. Outside of the UK other delivery charges may apply. For more information see our terms and conditions.

Q: How long will it take for my artwork to arrive ?
A: We aim to deliver all items within 7 to 10 working days of receiving a confirmed order. Delivery may take longer for bespoke items and commissions. If we estimate that delivery will take longer than 7 working days then we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Q: Can you ship my artwork overseas?
A: We normally supply to UK addresses. If you want to send work abroad it is often better to have it supplied unstretched as this is much easier to transport. There is an option for this on the large prints section of the website?

Q: Can I order a print and have it to be sent to an address other than my own?
A: Yes you can. Please complete the online order process first and enter your own address as the invoice address. Then please contact us via telephone or email to supply us with a delivery address. The reason this is not allowed on the website is to minimise the risk of identity fraud.

Q: How secure is your website?
A: When you make a payment with your credit/debit via this information is only forwarded to our payment service providers. All payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit SSL encryption.

Q: What about my personal details ?
A: We only collect information about you to make sure we can get your picture to you safely and provide a good service. From time to time we would like to make contact with customers to let them know about new pictures and services. We will only send you emails like this if you have previously given us your consent for us to do so.

Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A: Yes, Please contact us on the telephone number provided and once we understand your order you will be given details necessary for you to pay by cheque.

Q: What if I don't like my picture when it arrives?
